The Scottish Mental Health Arts and Film Festival are proud to present Shambles Miller and Adam Ross at our Festival Opening Party next Wednesday, 1st October.

As if twelve free events as part of our all-day opening event in Kelvingrove Museum weren’t enough (find the full programme for Moving Minds here), we have decided to extend the festivities into the evening with music and more surprises from the festival team.

Taking place directly after Moving Minds in the nearby community pub The Sparkle Horse, we invite you all to join us there from 4pm.

From 5pm Shambles Miller will delight and challenge with the comic bravery he displayed at our festival launch performance. Adam Ross, front man of Randolph’s Leap, will take over at 6pm with his trademark wry humour and winsome melodies. Before and after, our ‘power playlist’ will keep you dancing. BMX Bandits’ Duglas T Stewart and Remember Remember’s Graeme Ronald have handpicked a selection of songs exploring social, political and mental power.

We hope to see you there to kick the festival off in style!

Festival opening party with Shambles Miller and Adam Ross. The Sparkle Horse, 16 Dowanhill St, Glasgow. Wed 1st Oct, 4pm – 7pm. Free, no booking required.
