We are delighted to announce the 2017 programme for The Dust of Everyday Life, the Mental Health Foundation’s annual symposium on the arts, mental health, and social justice, at the CCA in Glasgow on Thursday 20 April. Tickets for this year’s event are available now via Eventbrite. This year’s Dust of Everyday Life will include sessions on hip-hop and mental health, trigger warnings, the legacy of Leonard Cohen, and art in a time of anxiety. Guests include Kevin Williamson (Neu! Reekie!), singer Adele Bethel, Dr Akeem Sule of Hip-Hop Psych, Angie Dight of Mischief La Bas, theatre-maker Julia Taudevin, filmmaker Karen Guthrie, choreographer Emma Jayne Park, and many more, as well as installations by Jenna Watt and Harry Giles.
