Join Green Tree Arts for a relaxing creative session using natural and mixed media materials. Through conversation and art making together, we will explore this year’s festival theme of In/Visible, drawing inspiration from our spectacular natural world. The workshop will be held within the Weekend Wellness Group as part of the Listening Ear Caithness Project. 

This session will invite and encourage participants to be creative and playful in their art. We will have a choice of decorative boxes, canvases or accordion books to use as a starting point, and there will be collage, pastels, natural objects and fabrics to explore. No previous experience/skills of using art materials are needed to participate.  

We hope this session will allow you to reflect on how tapping into your creativity can benefit your wellbeing in a relaxing and enjoyable way.
