Join artist Heather Marshall and Art for Anxiety participant artists to learn some simple art techniques that will help to soothe your brain in anxious times.

One of the best ways to soothe anxiety is through creating art in a relaxed supportive environment. Over the past 8 months, participants have been building a body of work using a variety of techniques including water marbling, photomontage, tape art, creative writing and printing.

They’ve created beautiful, thought provoking work which will be exhibited throughout Duncan Place Resource Centre.

Alongside the exhibition will be a series of free taster workshops where you can join artist Heather Marshall and Art for Anxiety participant artists to learn some simple art techniques that will help to soothe your brain in anxious times.

No previous art experience is required!
