Ever wondered what your inner critic, chaotic goblin, or dramatic diva self actually looks like? It’s time to find out.

Welcome to a delightfully off-the-wall, hands-on workshop for adults who want to get playful and explore what makes them tick. Led by a registered dramatherapist and a professional prop maker, this session is a reflective, experimental playground designed to help you connect with the weird and wonderful cast of characters living inside your head.

This isn’t your average “sit-and-talk” group. Instead, we’re using the magic of object theatre and three-dimensional crafting to externalise the different “parts” of ourselves.

Together, we will:

Explore: Gently tune inward to identify the different voices, roles, or moods we carry.

Experiment: Raid the scrap bin! Play with textures, fabrics, wire, and odd materials, exploring techniques to copy at home.

Create: Form, stitch, and build a physical puppet that represents one of your unique inner parts.

Absolutely zero artistic skill, theatrical talent, or craft experience is required. This is about process, play, and curiosity, not perfection! Come along to experiment, make a bit of a mess, and walk away with a brand-new, completely custom creation that is uniquely you.
