An exhibition showcasing the creative storytelling artwork and community media projects completed by Clydesider volunteers and the community groups we work with.
There will also be free creative activities, community information stands and access to a pay-what-you-can community café.
The event will include an exhibition of artwork, textiles, photography, poetry and more completed by our volunteers and local community groups who participated in our community media and creative storytelling project.
Most participants are people whose stories and voices are seldom heard in traditional mainstream media. We use creative storytelling and community media practices to share and showcase their knowledge, experiences and ideas.
The event will also offer some free creative activities to try and will be an opportunity for representatives from local community groups to network and share information about their services.
There will be a pay-what-you-can community café, run by Dalmuir Barclay Church, and attendees are invited to bring an in-kind donation for the Church’s food pantry.
