Common Wheel community music presents a performance of work exploring the festival’s theme, In/Visible. The Gartnavel Royal Hospital Community are invited to this informal afternoon of music, featuring new songs, compositions and arrangements.
Common Wheel is a charity that supports people managing or recovering from mental illness and dementia by providing meaningful activities. Over a series of workshops leading up to the festival, Common Wheel’s community music groups will develop music on the theme of In/Visible.
Patients, staff and visitors are invited to attend this relaxed live performance in the Hub café area – to sit and listen, or to move freely in and out and through the space during the performance.
This event is run in partnership with NHSGGC Art in the Gart and is part of a wider programme of festival events in the hospital community.
