This two-part drama workshop will focus on confidence building and movement exercises, using theatrical techniques and concepts to develop concentration, teamwork, voice projection and collaboration.  

Expressive art can help improve mental health by reducing stress, encouraging creative thinking and providing opportunities for self-expression. 

Over two weeks, an experienced drama tutor will encourage you to express yourself and teach you coping mechanisms to help with everyday stresses.
