The Art of Sleep

Visual Arts Storytelling Community Discussion Crafts

Some of us sleep well, some of us don’t. Why do we sleep? And how much do we need sleep? What do our dreams mean and how to they influence us from our waking lives? Is it normal to sleep well?

Local Social enterprises How It Felt and ScrapAntics are teaming up to bring you a full day of activities, creative exploration, discussion and sensory experiences around sleep.

Let’s come together to explore this shared human experience, look into deeper meanings and support each other. Discover why sleep is important and how the modern world affects it and how it affects our own well-being. Special guest Dr Lizzie Hill, a sleep specialist, will provide a talk and Q&A as part of this full day creative event.

Visit Scrapantics and How It Felt? for more information.
