Join the Co-op Member Pioneers for a fun afternoon of positive mental health activities, including making healthy fruit skewers, face painting, mood stone painting, creating a vision board or a tree of life.

Everyone’s welcome, young and old. Free tea, coffee, juice and snacks will be provided.

Throughout the festival, from 4-22 October, you can pop into our Co-op stores or Co-op Funeralcare in Dalry and Kilwinning to see our mental health display, handouts, and motivational wooden discs.
