Structural violence leads to personal trauma in this intimate documentary, which tells the story of a single family living in one of Rio’s largest favelas.

The precarity of daily life takes its toll on the mental health of the entire community, hitting especially hard within the fragile walls of Vito and Rosangela’s hut.
