This exhibition brings together painting, collage and textile work created as part of an MA project exploring reasonable adjustments for chronic illness and mental health.
Artist Eilidh Manson reflects on the impact of invisible illnesses on daily life and gives visual form to experiences that can be difficult to express.
The exhibition aims to inspire audiences and communities to explore their own experiences through creative and reflective practices using a range of artforms.
Through experience, it can be difficult to begin a reflective journey but it is hoped by making techniques accessible and giving a visual representation of reflection, it will encourage others to take up reflective practices in order to support their mental well-being.
