THE BUDDHA AS THE WORLD'S FIRST PSYCHOTHERAPIST
Come and learn from Martin Stepek, mindfulness teacher, author and poet as he explains the original teachings of the Buddha, not as a founder of a religion, but as someone skilled and innovative in helping people attain deep contentment.
Join renowned mindfulness author and teacher Martin Stepek to learn how Guatama Siddartha, better know as the Buddha, was actually a great pioneer in the field of mental wellbeing and happiness, rather than the founder of a religion. Having studied Buddhism and the Buddha's original teachings for twenty years, Martin Stepek is keen to see the Buddha repositioned in the world as a great intellect and innovator. This event will include a short mindfulness meditation.
