I have no desire to perform, but I would love to laugh more.

There is growing research showing the mental health benefits of humour. It is a skill which can be taught and developed and which we can reach for in times of stress.

This workshop led by stand up comedian and improviser Agnes Carter, and clinical psychologist Dr Edel McGlanaghy, will give you practical skills to find and foster the funny in your everyday life.

Come to learn about the benefits of humour, connect with others and ultimately, laugh moor.
