Writing and Reading for Wellbeing with Liz Thompson
In this friendly and relaxed session there will be time and opportunity for you to bring and share writing that is important to you.
This could be something you have written yourself, something written by a friend or family member, or something written by a published author or poet. It could be prose, poetry or autobiography.
It could be writing that has helped you to reclaim hope and meaning during a difficult time.
Depending on the size of the group (maximum 8 people) we will divide up the time equally so that all who wish to contribute have time and space to do so.
Free but reservation recommended.
