There will be a chance to hear from creative people speaking about their life journeys, including how they have addressed issues with their mental health and how music has become a tool to support good mental health and wellbeing.

The panel will be include Carol Laula (singer and song-writer), Tom Urie (actor and musician), and Yvonne Lyon (singer songwriter).

Hosted by the team at Erskine Arts, this event is open to all. Light refreshments will be available on the night.
