Join dramatherapist Abigail Nelson for one or both of these experiential workshops exploring the inner world through myth, movement, meditation and art.

The morning session focuses on the inner shadow, the parts of ourselves we hide, fear or reject. The afternoon turns to our inner gold, our gifts, potential and personal truth.

Through guided visualisation, storytelling, drama activities and reflective art-making, you’ll explore ancient myths that carry both universal wisdom and personal relevance. Rooted in dramatherapy principles, this creative process invites insight, healing and connection in a supportive group setting.

Led by Abigail Nelson, an HCPC-registered dramatherapist based in Edinburgh, these workshops draw on her extensive experience in therapeutic and community spaces. Abigail’s approach is neuro-affirming, GSRD-affirming and trauma-informed.

Each session stands alone, but attending both allows for a deeper, more integrated experience.

What participants say:

“Abigail is simply WONDERFUL! I’ve been lucky enough to attend two of her workshops, and both were amazing. I left with so much more understanding of myself and what’s going on in my heart and mind.”

“I left inspired, feeling lighter, and with my curiosity reignited.”

“I found the process powerful and moving. It helped me to cement my sense of self and inner confidence.”
