Facilitated by theatre maker Julia Taudevin and Dr Iris Elliott, head of policy and research for the Mental Health Foundation, this drop-in workshop is a safe space for sharing and hearing experiences of the impact of sexist policy on our mental health.

Using creative writing, spoken word, recorded sound and previously gathered testimony, participants are invited to come and go as they please, taking part in whatever way feels most comfortable. Part of ongoing research surrounding a new theatre show, Hysteria!, which premieres at SMHAF. Presented in partnership with the WOW festival in Perth, 27–29 Oct.

*For women only, including transwomen, those who were assigned female at birth, and all others who identify as female, genderqueer or nonbinary.
