Explore creative displays, reflections and resources focusing on the everyday things that shape our wellbeing — relationships, communities, experiences and our sense of belonging. Drop in, have a look around and take whatever is useful to you.

Reflection Spaces will be available throughout the festival during normal library opening hours, so you can visit whenever suits you. Each space will include:

  • Statements inviting you to reflect on your own wellbeing
  • Local artwork, stories, poetry, photography and other creative contributions
  • Printed mental health and wellbeing resources from local and national organisations
  • A selection of mental health and wellbeing books available from the library
  • Access to digital resources, community activities and sources of support
  • QR codes linking to local activities, wellbeing resources and festival events
  • Screens displaying artwork, photography, music and other creative content

The spaces are self-guided, with no expectation to take part in any activity. You can browse the displays, explore the resources, follow links for further information or simply spend a few moments reflecting on what supports wellbeing in your own life and community.

Reflection Spaces offer a welcoming environment to pause and reflect, consider the many factors that influence wellbeing, and discover activities, resources and support available locally.
