This fun visual arts and drama Adventure Day invites 5 to 15-year-olds to work together to learn about the importance of mental health and to explore activist art and how we can use the arts to make a difference in our society.

Workshops will be led by professionals from the arts and theatre industries, offering young people the opportunity to discover different ways of using their creativity to promote and support their own, and others’, mental health.

In the morning’s art workshop, participants will have the chance to create a unique artwork that they can take home. Then, after lunch, at our drama workshop, everyone will learn how to work together to create a unique piece of theatre.
