In this enjoyable series of musical workshops, young people aged 9+ will use African Drums and other instruments to explore the ways that sound and movement can help them to process and regulate their emotions, supporting good mental health.

The workshops, facilitated by a fully qualified holistic therapist, will be structured in a way that encourages participants to recognise their own emotions and discuss them, and then explore ways to process and regulate them confidently, while having fun and using the instruments.

Each session will build upon the previous one and participants will leave with techniques and exercises they can do at home to help manage their mental health.
