Try using poetry and smartphone photography as creative mediums to start conversations about your lived experience of the menopause and mental health in this relaxed drop-in workshop.

Writing and photography can help you to express how you are feeling and also create space for mindfulness and reflection. The workshop will be informative, empowering and fun, celebrating women’s wellbeing.

This drop-in session is part of a series of RAMH Acumen ‘Gaun Yourself’ Mental Health and Wellbeing drop-in sessions run in partnership with OneRen and Renfrewshire Libraries.

Gaun Yourself is a lived experience guide to better mental health and wellbeing. October is World Menopause Month and drop-in sessions will be focused on how people can manage their mental health and physical wellbeing during this turbulent time in people’s lives.
