Join two Wellbeing Officers from Connecting Carers online for an introduction to the Decider Skills with a focus on self-care.
Decider Skills can help us to change how we think and view ourselves, allowing us the space to remember and care for our own needs.
We will use this space and time to learn more about self-care and how we can implement it into our daily routine.
There will be opportunities for participants to talk to others about tips and tricks picked up along the way, but there is no pressure to partake – if you’d like to just come along and listen that’s just grand too!
