Join bookbinder Cass Barron, printmaker Lorna Brown, and yoga teacher and community gardener Hayley Chandler for a creative and mindful day inspired by the Heart of Newhaven community garden. A chance to share in some creative, mindful making, as well as foraging and eating to mark the shifting seasons.

This is an accessible event, designed for people who would benefit from some creative time out but who are experiencing barriers to accessing wellbeing/creative activity – an invitation to slow down and explore the wellbeing benefits of being creative and connecting with nature.
