Join Mindspace for a series of friendly, informal creative sessions as part of the Scottish Mental Health Arts Festival 2026.
Using blank postcards and a variety of materials, including drawing, painting, collage and mixed media, you can explore this year’s festival theme, Reflections, in your own way. Whether your reflections are inspired by memories, nature, people, places, hopes or everyday moments, there is no right or wrong way to take part.
These sessions are open to everyone aged 16+ in the Perth and Kinross area. Most sessions are drop-in, giving you the freedom to stay for as little or as long as you like. We may also offer a small number of bookable workshops for those who would like to explore particular creative techniques in more depth.
There is absolutely no expectation to exhibit your work, submit anything or share personal experiences. You are equally welcome to work with the festival theme, create something entirely of your own choosing or simply come along to enjoy some creative time in a supportive environment.
If you would like to contribute to the Scottish Mental Health Arts Festival exhibition here at Mindspace, we’ll be happy to explain the process and offer encouragement, but participation is entirely your choice. Our aim is simply to provide a welcoming space where creativity, conversation and wellbeing can flourish.
