Know a mons pubis from a vestibule? In connection with World Menopause Day, join Lynn Fraser for this celebratory and colourful workshop to create beautiful abstract vulvas in paint and learn a thing or two along the way.

(We will not be working from life but from nature, diagrams and intuitively.)

How can we begin to break the menopause taboo if we can’t first talk openly about all bodily parts – and how menopause affects them?

This will be a space held for folk to share, connect, inform and be supported. We’ll also be highlighting vaginal atrophy, a common, easily treatable menopausal condition that’s just not talked about enough.

This workshop aims to be fun, liberating, empowering, colourful and celebratory, because we need to start celebrating ourselves, each other and our own lived experiences, in order to nurture our own wellbeing.
