An exhibition of art and poetry created by members of the gypsy traveller community, supported by Mecopp staff, that demonstrates the effect stigma has on people from an ethnic background.
Stigma can create a curtain of invisibility, with individuals finding it difficult to be their authentic selves. The artwork on display aims to challenge stigmas and change the narrative, creating something more beautiful instead.
This free exhibition is being hosted as part of the North Ayrshire Mental Health Arts Festival Launch.
