Illustrated haiku #2, #NaHaiWriMo, February 2021
This the second of 28 haiku I wrote for National Haiku Writing Month in February 2021 and illustrated using the Procreate App on an iPad with an Apple Pencil. Haiku are short poems, originally from Japan. They are generally untitled. Haiku often reference nature and try to capture a moment in time. At the beginning of February 2021, I had been on bedrest for nearly two years. I continued to write about what I could see each day from my bed.
This work is untitled. It was completed for day 2 of National Haiku Writing Month in February 2021.
